Thermal Power Plant
We have a vast experience of more than 30 years in Thermal Power Plants with different make of DCS & PLCs for the complete Automation system of the Thermal Power Plants.
We have carried out the basic and detailed Design & Engineering of Instrumentation & Automation from Sub-critical to Super Critical Thermal Power Plants, FAT and successfully commissioned them at various Company like Hindalco Industries Limited - 10x74MW (Renusagar Power Division), Jindal Power Limited - 4x250MW (Tamnar, Raigarh) and Adani Power Limited - 12x660MW and 2x800MW at different locations for BTG & BOP Packages like Steam Generator, Steam Turbine Generator, Turbine Governing System, HP/LP Bypass system & DM Plant, Ash Handling Plant , Coal Handling Plant etc.
- Conducted Invensys Foxboro Control System DCS FAT at Invensys Works Shanghai - China for Mundra Phase-III (2X660MW) supplied by SEPCO-III and DCS Pre-FAT and FAT together for Tiroda Phase-I (2X66OMW) supplied by SEC including Turbine Governing Control & Protection System.
- Design , Engineering & support in Commissioning of Super Critical Thermal Power Plant at Mundra (5x660MW) and Tiroda 5x660MW) with Foxboro DCS System as well as various BOP Packages with different makes of PLC Based Control system like Allen Bradley , GE Fanuc and ABB etc. at Adani Power Limited.
- Experience in Hydraulic HP/LP Bypass system as well as Pneumatic HP/LP Bypass system.
- Experience in Turbine Governing Control & Protection System as well as in TDBFP.
- Experience in Sea water FGD system
- Design , Engineering , Erection , Testing & Commissioning of 4x250 MW BHEL BTG with max-DNA DCS System and various BOP Packages with different make PLC Based Control system like Allen Bradley , GE Fanuc , Siemens, Schneider and ABB make VFD drives for Cross Country Conveyor at JPL.
- Deputation at EDN Bangalore for finalisation of C&I specs, data sheet , support in ordering of C&I equipment with BHEL Team and carried out FAT of max -DNA DCS for two BTG Units as well as FAT for PLCs for the various BOP Packages for JPL.
- Commissioning of Mark -V Speedotronics PLC System, ABB make Procontrol PLC system and Siemens make Simadyn -D PLC based control system for Turbine Governing Control & Protection system and Yokogawa Centum -XL DCS, GE Fanuc PLC system and Siemens make Teleperm ME Plus for Boiler and Turbine Auxiliaries Control System for five units of Renusagar Power Div.
- Experience of Turbo- Supervisory System of Schenck VibroControl – 2000 & 4000, Bently Nevada 3300 and 3500 and Shinkawa online Vibration Monitoring System
